Formulates and executes a robust procurement strategy that aligns with the goals of Federated Co-operatives Limited and adheres to industry best practices. Leads sourcing initiatives to identify and assess potential suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and cost-effectiveness standards. Manages and attains budgetary goals related to pricing, sales, profit margins, expenses, and inventory management of agricultural commodities. Ensures compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures to meet established standards. Provides leadership to the Ag Sales Representatives, focusing on recruitment, goal-setting, performance evaluation, training, and professional development.Importance of the Role:
