Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Nirwan Flooring Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is organized and maintained.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and leadership skills.
