Fengate Asset Management is seeking a driven Learning & Development Specialist to join our high-impact, high-performing team. This role will support the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, job aids, virtual, assessments, infographics, etc.).
  • Conduct needs analysis surveys and prioritize training needs for individuals across all Firm roles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling learning content.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a Learning Management System (LMS) and other tools to drive our Vision 2027.
  • Build strong relationships within Fengate as a champion for our HR team and culture.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or the equivalent is an asset.
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Proven knowledge and application of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
