Clinical Coordinator of Neuromodulation Program

**Clinical Coordinator of Neuromodulation Program**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead our Neuromodulation Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical team and providing direct care to patients associated with waitlist, referral, assessment, follow-up, and discharge planning coordination and device management in outpatient, perioperative, and inpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in administrative functions
- Lead and resource in this sub-specialty area to all team members and regional healthcare providers
- Act as liaison of multiple clinical services within the interdisciplinary team, other internal and external departments and services to develop and coordinate effective client-centered care
Requirements
- Five (5) years acute care nursing experience
- Three (3) years nursing experience in the specific clinical area
- Requires experience in program/resource development related to needs assessment
- Experience in programming and adjustment of Neuromodulation devices
- Supervisory experience is an asset
Education and Training
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Competencies
- Basic - Computer skills

Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in common neurological problems
- Knowledge in leadership strategies
- Knowledge in conflict resolution techniques
- Knowledge in role of Neurosciences in health system
- Knowledge in communication techniques and approaches
