Logistics Sales Executive Opportunity

Wealthy Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Proactively identify and target potential customers within the logistics and transportation industries, leveraging your expertise to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering customized freight solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to communicate the value proposition of our logistics solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Business Growth: Drive revenue by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales with a strong ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to thrive in a competitive, commission-based role.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $75,000 annually.
  • Commission: 20% of profit after $31,250 of profit is achieved.
  • Total compensation is expected to significantly exceed the base salary based on performance.
