Senior Program Manager Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex initiatives in the Healthcare Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing program management leadership and expertise to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide program reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on complex initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Healthcare Sector
