Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team in Halifax, Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations and manage a team of retail staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
