About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at L.A. Contracting Services Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist construction workers with various tasks, including manual labour, equipment operation, and material handling.
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and tools.
  • Help with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up scaffolding.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and skid-steer loaders, under the supervision of a qualified operator.
  • Participate in safety inspections and report any hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as construction or labouring.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
