Job Summary:

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our employees and clients. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic work environment.
