Project Financial Specialist

As a Project Financial Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and comprehending project-related agreements and subcontractor documentation to ensure alignment with established project setup protocols.
- Gathering, reconciling, obtaining approvals, and processing all financial transactions related to the project, including subcontractor payments, general expenses, and internal payroll allocations, ensuring timely and precise execution to meet all payment obligations.
- Compiling client invoicing packages in accordance with established approval processes to guarantee timely billing and receipt of payments as stipulated in contractual agreements.
- Maintaining precise and timely cash flow information, both current and projected, in comparison to the anticipated cash flow outlined in the financial model applicable to the project.
- Supporting the Project Manager in the preparation of monthly reports for stakeholders and internal review.
Are you the ideal candidate for this position?
- You possess a degree in Business Administration or Finance, complemented by 3-6 years of pertinent accounting experience, or an equivalent mix of education and practical experience.
- You have the capability to accurately assess financial scenarios and develop logical solutions to assist a project team or business unit.
- You exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, along with a proactive approach to working independently and on-site.
- You are adept at functioning under pressure and managing tight deadlines.
- Experience in a construction-related environment would be advantageous.
