Brooks Sports is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Manage and execute events, community runs, and local social media channels to engage with Canadian runners and fitness enthusiasts.
  • Build relationships with run crews, fitness studios, and other key stakeholders to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Collaborate with the creative design team to develop event materials and social media content.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns to grow the Brooks Canada social media audience and engage with Canadian runners.
  • Track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the marketing manager.
Requirements:
  • College or university education in business or marketing is an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in the fitness industry, with a focus on marketing and events.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customer-facing clients.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with French being an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to run reports and analyze data.
