Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships with Suppliers

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring that we receive the best possible service and prices.

Inventory Management

You will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.

Negotiation and Communication

You will be responsible for negotiating prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers, as well as communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized.

Product Sourcing

You will be responsible for reviewing our requirements and determining the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, selecting and purchasing merchandise for resale.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Work Environment

A fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Personal Qualities

Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
