Key Responsibilities:- Support and mentor the Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide operational leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations of the Outlets, focusing on service excellence and logistics
- Create and maintain an engaged work environment that fosters a welcoming and personalized experience for our guests
- Conduct daily line-ups with the team to review hotel information, service stations, and specials
- Ensure brand standards are upheld with the highest standards of quality and visual appeal
- Handle guest concerns and respond promptly, logging and notifying relevant areas
- Assist with scheduling team members to align with labor management standards
- Communicate effectively with all departments and strive for guest feedback
- Collaborate with the team on new offerings and actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to enhance the environment and dining experience
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs by focusing on guest feedback surveys, colleague feedback surveys, and financial results
- Assist in overall F&B management responsibilities as needed
- A service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Proactive with a demonstrated eye for detail and ability to manage multiple functions while meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 and ability to provide proof prior to start date
- Previous point-of-sale system experience, preferably Silverware
