We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Prakat Corporation. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
