Senior Real Estate Analyst (Regional Manager), Transmission Asset Management

Your Role
CBC/Radio-Canada is on the lookout for a Senior Real Estate Analyst (Regional Manager) specializing in Transmission Asset Management. This role involves negotiating and overseeing business operations related to owned and leased transmission properties, including towers and associated facilities, within the Central region. Operating from Toronto and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Asset and Lease Management, you will act as the main liaison between the Corporation and its landlords and tenants (licensees/licensors). This position offers a chance to manage regional site sharing and lease oversight while identifying new revenue opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
What You Bring:
Your Educational Background: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Your Experience: You have at least three years of experience in negotiating and managing lease and license agreements, which includes:
- Proven success in applying financial principles and understanding contract law.
- A solid grasp of technology, transmission systems, and telecommunications within the industry.
Your Analytical Skills: You have the ability to investigate issues thoroughly, eliminate obstacles, and propose both immediate and long-term strategic solutions.
Your Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in MS Office and Google Suite, with a quick aptitude for learning new tools. You maintain an interest in staying updated on technological advancements and trends in the industry.
Your Project Management Expertise: You demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and can handle competing priorities effectively. You excel in presenting ideas, negotiating, and focusing on creating mutually beneficial solutions.
Your Collaborative Approach: You possess an open and direct communication style, with excellent listening abilities. Your written and verbal communication skills are strong.
Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
