We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our team at Queen King Dental. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule multiple doctors and hygiene providers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Insurance and Financial Management: Obtain insurance breakdowns, review treatment plans and financial information with patients, and manage accounts receivable.
  • Treatment Planning and Reporting: Create reports and work with patients to book unscheduled treatment plans, and predetermine recommended treatment.
  • Billing and Patient Communication: Process patient billing and coordinate referrals and communications with specialist offices.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certification and Experience: Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience working in an office.
  • Dentrix Software Knowledge: Knowledge of Dentrix software is an asset and important for this role.
  • Dental Terminology: Knowledge of dental terminology is an asset.
