Golf Links Dental seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for dental examinations, ordering dental and office supplies, and performing administrative functions for the dental laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Order dental and office supplies, ensuring that the dental laboratory has the necessary materials to function efficiently.
  • Perform administrative functions, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with patients and staff.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Ability to work in a dental office environment, with exposure to chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Experience:

  • Experience an asset, but not required.
