Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office routines, schedules, and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent organizational, accuracy, reliability, and time management skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
