Position Overview

The Cleaning Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within the organization, ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role

Primarily based in an office building environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff

  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations
