About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Olivercarol as a Chief Financial Officer, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial growth and transformation.

As a seasoned financial leader, you will be responsible for leading the financial function, providing strategic guidance, and making key decisions that impact the organization's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure their growth and success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Education: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
