Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at EPS Property Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Clean and disinfect elevators and other high-touch areas
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in a similar field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position with a variable schedule of 140 to 170 hours per month. The language of work is English.
