Maintenance Worker - Building Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's maintenance and repair needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing of building fixtures and equipment
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or concerns to management
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of appliances and equipment
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the efficient operation of the building's maintenance and repair needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a maintenance or repair role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
