Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing of building systems and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of building systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance of building systems and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work at heights.
