Customer Experience Specialist

Position Summary:
This role, based at our Markham office, focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across Canada within established timeframes.
- Analyze and address requests effectively, adhering to current policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases efficiently.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and time-sensitive projects with accuracy.
- Assist in making informed decisions on goodwill cases within designated limits.
- Identify trends and insights to continuously enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar customer service role.
- Secondary school diploma and relevant post-secondary education or equivalent.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
