Customer Success Specialist

Our client, a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Construction segment, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide proactive support to ensure their satisfaction
  • Work closely with a portfolio manager to achieve business objectives
  • Utilize a ticketing system to respond to client inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties, including writing articles and preparing presentations
  • Collaborate with the portfolio manager to develop and implement client success strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of debits and credits
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Construction experience and knowledge of industry trends
