Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. is seeking a skilled Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, conducting inspections of assigned areas, and supervising staff to ensure safety standards and departmental policies are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining financial records, supervising maintenance and repair services, and conducting performance evaluations and appraisals. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and supervising in-house laundry services.
