Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that our food and service meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, estimating requirements for meal preparation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring a strong team dynamic.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
