- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, food sales, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate tray assembly.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs and staff availability.
- 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
