We are currently seeking a Remote Maintenance Specialist to provide expert support and remote services to our Platinum clients utilizing Chubb's alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage technical support requests from clients.
  2. Conduct remote troubleshooting and issue triage.
  3. Execute remote tasks to resolve operational challenges.
  4. Create, validate, and curate technical content for an online collaborative platform.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for Platinum clients seeking to resolve technical issues remotely.
  6. Avoid unnecessary technician dispatch by resolving issues remotely.
  7. Process customer technical escalations through online and phone support.
  8. Provide triage for Platinum customers using remote diagnostic tools.
  9. Effectively conduct remote service sessions via client or remote desktop.
  10. Assist customers with remote service contracts, including programming and troubleshooting.
  11. Offer remote phone support for integration challenges.
  12. Guide clients in resolving system issues related to user error or configuration.
  13. Collaborate with various departments and the Remote Services team.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
  • A college degree or two years of vocational or technical training in electronics or a related discipline.
  • Direct technical experience in the commercial security sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of intrusion, CCTV/integrated systems, and access control products.
  • Understanding of virtualized hosted infrastructure and remote connectivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with electronic and CCTV/integrated systems used in integration.
  • Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
