Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Critical Facilities Coordinator who will be instrumental in ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and reliability of essential infrastructure systems within a facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule routine maintenance for critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical components, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with external clients and contractors to manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to critical infrastructure systems while adhering to safety and security protocols.
- Implement and supervise monitoring systems for critical facility parameters, analyzing data to identify trends, anticipate issues, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols for critical facilities, coordinating necessary audits and inspections.
- Maintain precise and current records of critical facility operations, maintenance activities, and emergency response procedures, ensuring all documentation is organized and readily accessible.
- Manage facility-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events related to facility management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform administrative duties, including managing correspondence, filing systems, and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry-related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within critical facilities or related sectors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in administrative software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and facility management systems.
