Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock and face products in the grocery department, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the grocery department and surrounding areas.
- Assist with deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring that products are received and stored in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as required to support the sales team and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Efficient and accurate in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with the ability to stand for long periods and move freely throughout the store.
