Retail Sales Associate Job Description

Pineview Cold Beer & Liquor Store is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and cleaning the counter area
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
