Home Support Worker: Providing Compassionate Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at PARWINDER K MROCK & OMKAR S MROCK. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Household Management: Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Companionship: Engage in conversations, play games, and provide emotional support to clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with medication reminders, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Language: Fluency in English and Punjabi.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
- Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is an asset.
- Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and patience.
