About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at PARWINDER K MROCK & OMKAR S MROCK. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, with dignity and respect.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management.
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
