About the Role:

The Employee Lifecycle Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of employee data management processes. This position is responsible for handling complex inquiries and escalated issues related to employee and work-related data changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day processing of job-related and employee-related data changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of personal data change requests, providing HR customers with instructional support where self-service is available.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and escalated issues, escalating or redirecting as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage reductions in force and redundancies, mass data changes, and employee movement/contract management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a HR and/or HR Shared Service environment.
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with basic technology functionality, such as case management and knowledge management.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors.
