About the Role:

As the Chief Executive Officer, Communications, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in communications and leadership to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
• Select and develop senior staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions
• Conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a senior communications role
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
