About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI Creative Artist to join our innovative team at Monks Associates Inc. This role combines artistic vision with cutting-edge AI technologies to create unique visual content and enhance artistic workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, prototype, and deliver creative applications of technologies in our digital and experiential projects.
  • Lead creative on digital, experiential, gaming, XR, and other exciting projects.
  • Bridge the gap between our clients, our creatives, and our developers by speaking the language of all three.
  • Visit clients to pitch for projects, participate in workshops, and showcase your combination of creative thinking and technical know-how.
  • Help win new projects by developing creative treatments in response to client briefs and RFPs, creating solutions that are exciting and in keeping with the project's goals, timings, and budget.
  • The role involves a lot of tinkering, tweaking, and testing; figuring out the required technology and technical requirements to usher creative projects to the development stage, liaising between creative and technical teams to ensure new projects work as advertised.
  • On another level, you help to think and plan for the future, feeling the pulse of the AR and VR field to figure out what platforms and technologies we should invest in to stay on top of the game.
  • R&D
  • This role will push the creative craft and is responsible for creating and developing R&D projects that showcase high creative craft through AI-enabled workflows.
  • This role collaborates with a wider studio transformation team to be enabled across various disciplines to work fast with quick results.
Pipeline Transformation - Monks Flow Integration
  • Leads and supports discipline workflow transformation. We are set to transform every piece of production and are looking for artists that help support this transformation to ensure workflows are updated, tested, and proven to deliver on craft.
  • Once landed on the updated workflows, this role will support automation teams to ensure areas of process that can be transformed are integrated correctly into the existing Monks AI-related workflows & toolstacks.
  • Optimization of workflows: this role will ensure that new tools impacting the discipline will be reviewed and tested proactively; as well as optimization updates are pushed for on the pipeline so that our workflows are always up to date in this fast-moving landscape.
Social Ambassador
  • Is comfortable representing our craft voice in our social media channels.
Creative Craft Excellence / Awards
  • A leader in craft and excellence pushing the boundaries of making on a day-to-day, project-to-project basis. Ensuring that we activate creative workflows that are new and push transformation of craft into the 'never been done before area.'
Portfolio Requirements
  • Compelling portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and AI-integrated work.
Required Skills
  • You have worked at least 10 years in roles that bridge creative and technology in the field of interactive/experiential/digital agencies or production companies.
  • Creative solutions are what you live and breathe, transitioning ideas to transformation by tech is what you love.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
  • A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator.
