Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway Sandwich and Salad. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including sandwiches, salads, and snacks, according to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, and work under pressure.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
