Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway Sandwich and Salad. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain accurate records of food quantities.
  • Housekeeping: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks. Overtime may be required.
