About the Role
- We're looking for a customer-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
- As a Client Success Associate, you'll work closely with our Fleet Management team to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the Fleet Management team
- Manage exceptions to ensure processes are followed up timely and closed loop
- Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required. BS/BA in business or related field preferred (equivalent customer service experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA)
- Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in a B2B or services organization
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
- Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated and professional team player who works well with others
