Cafeteria Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at SNB Ferry Cafe. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 36 hours per week.
