Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Sales Team. Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute brand plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Team to support brand strategies, manage content on social media channels, and analyze sales results.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize brand performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and market growth.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the production and launch of marketing materials, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Medical Team to ensure content accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare salesforce briefings, track budgets and marketing program implementation, and analyze sales results to adjust strategies as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience with healthcare products targeting consumers or patients, with 1-2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing initiatives, including social media and SEO, strong analytical skills, and strategic business sense.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong organizational abilities.
