Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering comprehensive mental health support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide goal-oriented psychotherapy to address mental health challenges and promote well-being.
  • Conduct thorough social work assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to enhance social functioning.
  • Deliver engaging group psychoeducational services to empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the provincial College of Social Workers.
  • Minimum two years of experience in case conceptualization and intervention within a clinical setting.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including military personnel, first responders, and veterans is highly valued.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to ethical practice.
