Qualifications:
  • **System Administration:** System administration including configuration, security, procedures, and best practices.
  • **IBM Maximo Mobile App Administration:** IBM Maximo Mobile App administration including configuration, security, and deployment.
  • **CMMS Workflows:** Solid knowledge of CMMS workflows and Data Standards.
  • **Process Workflows:** Designing and configuring process workflows incorporating alerts, actions, and approvals.
  • **Custom Modifications:** Implementing custom modifications and configurations into production environments.
  • **Automated Data Feeds:** Configuring and maintaining automated data feeds from and to external systems using IBM Maximo APIs.
  • **Subject Matter Expert:** Collaborate and act as Subject Matter Expert on Maximo application development, administration, and support using best practices.
  • **Training:** Establish and deliver Maximo training modules from Train-the-Trainer through PM to user-level.
  • **System Upgrades:** Interface with Implementation Provider of system upgrades to ensure currency of application version.
  • **System Reports:** Develop ad-hoc and standard system reports/deliverables for specific and non-specific data pulls as well as application development as required.
  • **User and Security Management:** New development and maintenance of Users and Security Groups, Workflow Management, and KPIs.
  • **Log Management:** Setting log levels, and log analyzing.
  • **Configuration Control:** Participate in Configuration Control activities and work with managers to coordinate new system requirements and/or configuration changes.
  • **Database Management:** Work closely with database team to ensure system operates optimally.
  • **User Support:** Work with users to resolve Maximo application issues.
  • **Database Concepts:** Object-based database concepts.

**Salary:** $80,000.00-$85,000.00 plus bonus.
