Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at Tre Mari Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Production: Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders, ensuring high-quality products that meet our established standards.
- Baking and Quality Control: Bake mixed dough and batters, and inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Food Specialties: Focus on producing high-quality breads and rolls, as well as other sweet and savory baked goods.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, and reliability in your work, and be willing to participate in mentorship programs to support newcomers and refugees.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Bakery or related food service environment.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
