Insurance Business Development Specialist

The key role of the Case Specialist is to provide support and to communicate with the Advisors of IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc. with the objective of facilitating the settlement of all new business in the most efficient manner possible.
Responsibilities:- Processing: New Insurance Business - Reviewing and analyzing new insurance applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Insurance Business Development: Collaborating with Advisors to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Case Resolution: Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
