About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Co-op Program at PepsiCo. As a Sales Co-op, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business, while gaining critical sales experiences and building critical business skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best-in-class coaching, and engage in career connects with Leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Sell and service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
Business Skills Development
  • Work closely with our Sales leaders to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.
  • Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to optimize POS, innovate, and sustain our products.
  • Develop and optimize Customer Development Agreements to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Currently in your third year of study, with a Business Degree preferred.

  • High academic achievement, along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization.
