The ideal candidate will oversee the production department, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. This role is pivotal in creating a positive workplace environment while driving both operational success and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:- Develop and maintain an Operational Scorecard that tracks key performance indicators for the department. Analyze the data, conduct comprehensive reviews, and implement improvements in collaboration with the Quality & Technical Specialist. Provide monthly updates on both progress and enhancements.
- Serve as a mentor and leader, guiding team members through all phases of their employment journey, including:
- Recruitment and selection
- Onboarding and skill development
- Performance evaluations and growth plans
- Management of disciplinary actions and recognition programs
- A degree in business management is advantageous.
- Proven management experience is required.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
- Prior knowledge of the dental industry is not necessary.
