Job Summary

Country Ribbon Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our poultry and egg production operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our production facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of our poultry and egg production facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all employees, adhering to our company's strict health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the agricultural or food processing industry.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
