Retail Warehouse and Production Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team at our St. John's, NL location. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, leading a team of production staff, and ensuring the store meets its financial targets and key metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the production process, including pricing, shop-able racks, and full merchandise utilization.
- Lead a team of production staff, providing coaching, counseling, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, including sales, service, production, labor efficiency, and profit objectives.
- Ensure the store meets its financial targets and key metrics, based on annual and quarterly operating plans.
- Partner with the Community Donation Manager/Retail Sales Manager to manage OSD flow and process.
- High school diploma; post-secondary degree/diploma preferred.
- Results-driven retail store management or industrial management experience.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one.

- Frequent lifting and carrying of products weighing less than 5 lbs.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of products weighing up to 50 lbs.

This role will require occasional travel to meetings or other stores for business purposes. The location of this role is 161 Kenmount Rd, St. John's, NL A1B 3P9.
